We need at least 48 hours advance notice for custom or special order cakes.

No, we do not accept orders by e-mail.
There is a lot that goes into custom cake orders! We try to get as much information as possible so we can make the design you have in mind. Calling or coming in person are the best ways to contact us for custom cakes.
If you have inspiration photos, you can e-mail it to HMBCakeCrew@gmail.com. Remember, we will not copy another decorators work, but we will create a close design.

All cakes include basic decorations. This includes borders, colored icing, writing, sprinkles, etc.
Specialty decoration cost will be determined by the cake decorators.

We offer two kinds of icing: all butter buttercream or a whipped icing.
Our all butter buttercream comes in either vanilla, chocolate, or cream cheese. We can dye the vanilla icing in a multitude of colors.
Our whipped icing is akin to a thicker whipped cream. We can dye it, but pale/pastel colors work best. It comes in vanilla, chocolate, lemon, strawberry, cookies and cream, mint chip, and caramel.

We are happy to do cakes and desserts for weddings.
However, we have scaled back our wedding production from years past.

Edible images and cake kits are an extra cost of $5.
We keep a very limited stock of popular cake kits. Please ask if we have what you are looking for in stock.
Alternatively, you can also bring in your own toppers, but be mindful that some toppers may not work as well.

No, we do not do Gluten Free, Sugar Free, or Vegan cakes at this time,

Yes. We do recommend keeping the cake you purchased in a refrigerator prior to serving.
If you have a cake with our all butter buttercream, we recommend removing the cake from the refrigerator two hours ahead of the time you plan to serve it. This will help the cake come to room temperature and will be easier to slice.
If you have a cake with our whipped icing, we recommend removing the cake from the refrigerator 30 minutes prior to the time you plan to serve it.

Many of our cakes are made without dyes. Ask a cake decorator how we can help you.
